Brooklyn Drummaker - Ibrahima

Last week I spent a very spiritual hour speaking with a Brooklyn NY based Senegalese drum maker name Ibrahima.  I met him back in the mid nineties when I bought a djembe drum from him, he use to sell drums on 7th ave in Park Slope back in the day.  After not seeing Ibrahima for several years I'm glad to say he's still very much on the drum making/repair scene.

Getting ready for the annual birthday celebrations for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  If he were alive today the "Prince of Peace" would turn 83 on January 15th.
